A new, updated edition of our Bureau of Land Management Camping (affiliate link) guide is now available. The second edition of this popular paperback book has been improved with new maps, 131 additional camping areas, and 3 states not covered in the previous edition.
We listened to the customers who said it was difficult to use the maps for locating camping areas. Locations are now shown and grouped according to their geographical area within each state. Each location’s ID number is also shown on the map, which makes it easier to cross-reference with the camping area information. Because camping areas are grouped by region, you no longer have to flip back and forth through several pages to read camping area details.
